data-start=\"556\" data-end=\"570\">Anna Fornt<\/strong> participated as a speaker at <strong data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"640\">Diversity Day III: Talent &amp; Equity<\/strong>, a conference organized by the <a href=\"https:\/\/surt.org\/\"><strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"690\">Surt Foundation<\/strong><\/a> to promote the incorporation of female talent and equal opportunities in the labor market.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"790\" data-end=\"1036\">This training space brought together companies, administrations and organisations working to reduce gender gaps, especially in <strong data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"965\">traditionally male-dominated sectors<\/strong>, and to move towards fairer, more inclusive and diverse work models.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1125\"><strong data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1125\">A round table to share strategies for the incorporation of female talent<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1212\">During the round table &#8220;<strong data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1171\">Talent and Equity<\/strong>&#8220;, Anna Fornt participated along with:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1326\">\n<li data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1244\">\n<p data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1244\"><strong data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1233\">Anna Giacobbo<\/strong>, ILUNION<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1245\" data-end=\"1285\">\n<p data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1285\"><strong data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1262\">Nerea Plaza<\/strong>, Aig\u00fces de Barcelona<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1326\">\n<p data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1326\"><strong data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1308\">Marion Salemkour<\/strong>, Sorli Foundation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1527\">The speakers presented their strategies for <strong data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1428\">attracting, incorporating and retaining female talent<\/strong>, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced by organizations that are committed to diversity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1589\">From Efeb\u00e9, Anna Fornt highlighted the importance of:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1881\">\ud83d\udd38 promote <strong data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1635\">inclusive work environments<\/strong><br data-start=\"1635\" data-end=\"1638\">\ud83d\udd38 Making female <strong data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1676\">role models<\/strong> visible<br data-start=\"1676\" data-end=\"1679\">\ud83d\udd38 break stereotypes in <strong data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1735\">male-dominated occupations<\/strong>, especially linked to industry, installation and maintenance<br data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"1812\">\ud83d\udd38 promote spaces for collaboration between companies and social entities<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1881\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" to the round table, the day included:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1999\" data-end=\"2413\">\n<li data-start=\"1999\" data-end=\"2166\">\n<p data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2166\">A presentation of the <strong data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2051\">hiring incentives<\/strong> of the Catalan Employment Service (SOC) to promote the incorporation of people in vulnerable situations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2167\" data-end=\"2315\">\n<p data-start=\"2169\" data-end=\"2315\">The intervention of <a href=\"https:\/\/empreses.barcelonactiva.cat\/ca\/?&amp;utm_source=SEM&amp;utm_medium=paid-Cercadors&amp;utm_content=SEM&amp;utm_term=Empreses_CAT&amp;utm_campaign=BASA_Dones&amp;gad_source=1&amp;gad_campaignid=23321143587&amp;gbraid=0AAAABBfKIQNGfpMY7vp11UEdLGC0v8MbD&amp;gclid=CjwKCAiAl-_JBhBjEiwAn3rN7antLjlLn-N1k_2yQjCNKKdmFRb-0TFlC_nY4POrktN5uESF5lAcWBoCvUQQAvD_BwE\"><strong data-start=\"2187\" data-end=\"2201\">BCN Activa<\/strong><\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/totraval.org\/ca\/projectes\/xarxa-laboral-del-raval-xlr\"><strong data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2234\">Raval Labour Network<\/strong><\/a>, which shared their initiatives to promote female employability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2316\" data-end=\"2413\">\n<p data-start=\"2318\" data-end=\"2413\">A networking space to generate connections between companies and reinforce shared commitments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2415\" data-end=\"2671\">The Guidance Team of the <strong data-start=\"2442\" data-end=\"2479\">Metallurgical Employers&#8217; Union (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.upm.org\/\">UPM<\/a>)<\/strong> highlighted during the session its commitment to the incorporation of women in technical and industrial positions, reinforcing the need to continue working together to transform the sector.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2678\" data-end=\"2716\"><strong data-start=\"2681\" data-end=\"2716\">Our commitment from Efeb\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2718\" data-end=\"3018\">At Efeb\u00e9 we believe in <strong data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2778\">talent as a driver of transformation<\/strong>.
