Queremos agradecer la predisposici\u00f3n de todos para participar y dar su perspectiva en estas circunstancias de incertidumbre.<\/p>\n<p>En este\u00a0webinar\u00a0hablamos\u00a0sobre qu\u00e9\u00a0entendemos por\u00a0teletrabajo\u00a0saludable\u00a0y c\u00f3mo podemos\u00a0conseguirlo.\u00a0Todos los\u00a0participantes del\u00a0debate\u00a0explicaron\u00a0su experiencia\u00a0sobre c\u00f3mo\u00a0est\u00e1n\u00a0viviendo\u00a0esta situaci\u00f3n, cada uno\u00a0desde su\u00a0perspectiva\u00a0personal.\u00a0Adem\u00e1s,\u00a0se plante\u00f3 la\u00a0tendencia\u00a0del teletrabajo\u00a0como un\u00a0fen\u00f3meno\u00a0que ir\u00e1\u00a0creciendo y,\u00a0probablemente,\u00a0cada vez\u00a0estar\u00e1\u00a0m\u00e1s\u00a0presente\u00a0en la actividad laboral\u00a0de las empresas.<\/p>\n<p>Para\u00a0senir\u00a0tranquilos y\u00a0a gusto y\u00a0poder ser\u00a0productivos\u00a0y estar\u00a0concentrados\u00a0en lo que\u00a0estamos haciendo,\u00a0los\u00a0aspectos\u00a0f\u00edsicos\u00a0y los\u00a0emocionales\u00a0van\u00a0de la mano.\u00a0Anna\u00a0Fornt\u00a0recomienda\u00a0disponer de un espacio\u00a0de trabajo\u00a0fijo\u00a0y ordenado\u00a0en casa, y\u00a0adaptarlo\u00a0con todas las\u00a0medidas\u00a0posibles\u00a0de que disponemos para\u00a0hacerlo\u00a0m\u00e1s\u00a0ergon\u00f3mico:\u00a0adoptar una\u00a0posici\u00f3n\u00a0adecuada, tener\u00a0iluminaci\u00f3n\u00a0natural que\u00a0no refleje\u00a0la pantalla\u00a0o\u00a0tambi\u00e9n\u00a0colocar\u00a0la pantalla\u00a0a la altura\u00a0de la vista\u00a0para no forzar\u00a0la mirada\u00a0hacia abajo,\u00a0entre\u00a0otros consejos que\u00a0pueden encontrar\u00a0en el webinar\u00a0en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Xavier\u00a0Savin\u00a0nos\u00a0hablaba\u00a0sobre los\u00a0efectos m\u00e1s\u00a0emocionales\u00a0que\u00a0pueden surgir\u00a0si nos\u00a0quedamos en casa\u00a0tanto tiempo\u00a0y la dificultad\u00a0que supone\u00a0para\u00a0muchas personas\u00a0el hecho de no\u00a0poder desconectar\u00a0fuera de casa.\u00a0Vestirse de\u00a0calle\u00a0y evitar\u00a0trabajar con
