Living rooms designed as social spaces to interact with other residents and visiting family members. Our senior home designs can transform a single zone into small living units, ensuring good sectorization. These areas can also include suitable digital equipment for video calls with family members or in-person and remote conferences.

Our children's corners let grandparents share experiences with their grandchildren. Additionally, these spaces often include dining areas to enjoy daily meals together—equipped with ergonomic sofas and armchairs.

Furniture: Sofas, armchairs, storage furniture, children's playsets, furniture for kids, outdoor chairs and tables, and pergolas for sun protection.

Collaboration Spaces

Areas for communication and collaboration

Flexible and multifunctional spaces suitable for a range of activities, whether recreational, cultural or educational. The multifunctional equipment and installations are adapted to daily instrumental activities organized by the center's staff, such as cooking, sewing or helping with laundry and ironing. Outdoor areas, gardens and terraces can also be used for activities, including therapeutic gardens and green spaces specifically designed for the elderly.

Reflection Spaces

Areas for enjoyment and meditation

Ideal spaces for finding inner peace and working on individual relaxation.

This space includes worship areas, reading corners, a library and a chapel to address the specific emotional needs of each resident.

Furniture: Chairs, armchairs, bookshelves and desks for individual computer work. Additionally, we provide the necessary equipment to create a worship space.

Experimentation Spaces

Areas for stimulation and cooperation

Experimentation spaces are suitable for therapeutic activities related to each person's experiential development. These are multisensory rooms equipped for activities that stimulate memory and the senses, promoting physical and cognitive improvement.

We also install physiotherapy areas, both indoors and outdoors, to improve or maintain psychomotor skills and overall well-being.

Furniture: Mobile tables, comfortable chairs and cushions for sensory activities and workshops, as well as panels, whiteboards and light projectors.

Caregiver Spaces

Areas for treatment and consultation

Caregiver spaces are multisensory environments adapted for personalized treatments. We design nursing areas and medical consultation rooms for medical treatments, as well as other personal care spaces equipped for hairdressing, pedicures and manicures.

For those with high dependency, we rethink personal hygiene spaces, including both private and shared areas, with lifts or other mobility systems.

Furniture: Treatment tables and trolleys, hairdressing chairs and equipment, pedicure chairs and equipment for psychomotor sessions such as foam mattresses, balls, hoops or mats.

Private Spaces

Areas for rest and relaxation

Private rest areas resemble domestic bedrooms, equipped with ergonomic and cozy furniture that guarantees safety and personal hygiene as well as acoustic, lighting and thermal comfort.

We design retirement home rooms with a hotel-like look and feel, always adhering to comfort and quality standards adapted to specific resident needs. We also incorporate a suite or mini-apartment concept to make the stay more pleasant, and allowing for more time and privacy with family members.

Furniture: Beds, nightstands, wardrobes, decorative and storage furniture, headboards and footboards. We also include office furniture such as desks, rolling chairs or guest chairs.
