Efebé’s Top 3 Creative Office Designs

Since 2013, Grup Efebé has been taking on international projects, starting with our first endeavor in Sudan, where we transformed new apartments in Khartoum. Later on, over the first half of 2022, we completed three standout office renovation projects in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon.

Creative office space in Barcelona

This renovated office space in Barcelona covers 291.8 m² and was one of our early 2022 projects. We are thrilled with the result—a harmonious blend of neutral tones and natural light. The space is beautifully finished, offering an environment that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also enhances the well-being of those who work there.

Our goal was to create a balanced workspace that includes both open and individual work areas, as well as spaces designed for teamwork and more informal interactions.

Creative office space in Lisbon

The world has been going through a transformation toward a hybrid work model that blends remote work with in-office collaboration. Modern corporate spaces must include areas that foster teamwork and face-to-face interactions. This renovated office space in Lisbon has been designed to support video calls, in-person meetings and plenty of team collaboration.

This creative office environment, one of our largest projects, features several work scenarios tailored to the various needs of the employees who work there. Our design included acoustically treated cabins, co-creation spaces with flexible furniture ideal for collaboration, and an office area where employees can interact in a more informal setting.

Spanning 744 m², this creative office space now accommodates over 40 employees.

Creative office space in Madrid

Our team transformed a traditional office space in the heart of Madrid, right on Gran Vía. I

n a total of 240 m², we designed a number of healthy, efficient and comfortable spaces, including an open workspace, two meeting rooms, an individual meeting room, an office area with a kitchen, and a more creative space for teamwork and collaborative sessions. Additionally, the renovated office space includes a kitchen area designed to promote team collaboration.
